Dual Meet Team

The Cardinal dual meet team participates in the Northern New Jersey Youth Wrestling League (NNJYWL).

The structure for this Cardinal Wrestling program will be dual meet team competition. Although wrestling is an individual sport, the “team element” of wrestling is extremely important. This is especially true in terms of deciding the team score of a dual meet: The team score is dependent on the performance of each wrestlers.
